btw, my sis just lost her debit card n some cash from her bag at her work-desk.. the same place where she lost her mobile phone a few mnths back. turns out the thief was one of the trainees in the team. The managers asked her to forgive and forget (about the stolen stuff too) and treat the theif as her younger sister, because we are all one beeeg fat forgiving family, you see! what crap! they even almost threatened her that if she takes it up with the HR, the managers will be forced to paint it as a conflict issue!
sometimes its for our own good to forgive and forget, me thinks. rather than forcefully made to forgive and forget in addition to the loss.
